TAIMEI is made by Single Distillation with normal pressure method. This classical method requires a special technic and meticulous works, however distinct barley aroma and flavor can be extracted fully.
The most delicious part of shochu liquor stays in the middle part of the tank. All TAIMEI shochu is made from this delicious part, carefully taken out from entire tank.
